Please be advised that FurryCanva has a no returns policy because of the nature of our personalized products. However, if something doesn't look right or is defective, we'll rectify the situation for you immediately.

SECTION 1 - BEFORE PRODUCT RECEIVED

Order cancellations are allowed up to 2 hours after your order. Anything thereafter will require a 30% re-stocking fee. The reason for this is because we start working on your order as soon as we can, a 30% restocking fee will go toward the time put into starting order fulfillment.

SECTION 2 - AFTER PRODUCT RECEIVED

Because these are one of a kind products with a picture of your pet, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final. However, if you followed our photo guide but received an inadequate art render of your pet, we'll do what we can to make it right.

SECTION 3 - NOTICE ABOUT PET COLORATION

Every effort is made on our end to capture the micro coloration details of your pet. Please be advised that we cannot guarantee exact colors on your product like we see on screen.
The coloration is limited to the technology that is available to us. We're using state of the art printers, but ink will always print darker. We do what we can on our end to brighten up artworks prior to printing.
